'Jewelled Sunset' ✨ 30" x 30" Oil on canvas Th 'Jewelled Sunset' ✨ 30" x 30" Oil on canvas The sun sits near the horizon like a diamond in a empyrean setting and clouds shift into numerous shapes and colors in this sunset scene over the ocean 🌊 I feel like everything once moving is frozen in time for a minute and in an organic sort of order. There's a warmth to this painting that seems to radiate from the horizon that makes me feel like I've just spent a long, sun-soaked day at the beach and my heart is full ❤️☀️ Part of a new series of work available on my website, link in bio to go check it out 🙌

Thank you for all the love for my last post! 💜 Thank you for all the love for my last post! 💜 This painting is very special to me, and I remember traveling to Zion for the first time in 2019 on a trip with my mom. We explored all around the park and waited out in the cold for over an hour on multiple occasions (this was November mind you) just to try and catch an amazing sunset. After a few grey days, we ended up seeing this gorgeous sunset over the Watchman on our last day 🧡
