Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy on all canvas prints, unframed paper prints and original paintings, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We are unable to offer returns on framed paper prints.

Original Artwork

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We carefully pack and fully insure every shipped painting so that we can remake, or refund you if for whatever reason the work arrives damaged. If your artwork arrives damaged please take thorough photographs of the damage to the package and the art so that we can begin a claim dispute with the shipping company. Thorough documentation of damage is essential in the process of being able to replace or refund the artwork. Please contact us here.

Prints

All of our fine art prints are made to order with love and care. We do not offer returns on sale / discounted prints. 

We offer 30 day returns on unframed paper prints and canvas prints, however the buyer is responsible for return postage and insurance.

We are unable to offer refunds or returns on framed paper prints.

Due to the fact we package with extreme care, damages are extremely rare.  In the unlikely event your print arrives damaged, please inform the shipping courier and take a photo of the damage, including the packaging and we will arrange a replacement for you.  Otherwise we may not be able to process the claim.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 48hrs so that we can arrange a replacement to be sent right away.

Changing or Canceling an Order

All cancellations and order changes must be made within 24 hours of the original purchase. We custom print and frame each piece just for you so are unable to make adjustments once we begin the printing and framing process.
